Enterprise Learning Solutions (ELS) is an extended arm of Conti-tech – IIHT JV that offers high end, cutting edge platform and technology courses to Corporate Companies. This division of Conti-tech has been committed to helping the world’s most prestigious companies improve their business over the past 10 years. ELS renders OEM training services to major IT companies like HP, IBM, ORACLE, REDHAT.
Conti-tech - IIHT currently owns 10 high-end enterprise learning centers which would grow to 15 within the next year. New market realities and global competitiveness are causing large scale computerization of virtually every segment of the industry-from banking to defense. Another main function of this division is to identify and analyze gaps in the skill set of the trainees and tailor-make courses that would suit their requirements, both in terms of cost-effectiveness and knowledge acquisition. |
