About Us
Initially formed in 1976 as a joint venture with Cable and Wireless Ltd, UK in 1985 BCL became a wholly owned subsidiary of Dutco Tennant, the Dutco Group's principal trading operation. Its clients benefit from the company's specialist sales and service support.

BCL was formed in joint venture with Cable and Wireless to provide engineering support to Etisalat, the UAE telephone company. It has built on that foundation and the long and rich local knowledge and currently provides human capital solutions focusing on the telecommunication and technology markets where professionals are out sourced to work on customer projects. BCL also provides installation and service support on a wide range of telecommunication systems including UMTS, GSM, GPRS, Radio Communication Systems, VSAT Systems, Wireless Internet and more.
